Ellis Park is involved in negotiations to sell to a new owner. Sources confirm the storied track could have its second owner in two years. In July last year, Saratoga Casino and Hospitality Group bought Ellis Park from Ron Geary, the former owner of the Evansville Icemen. According to sources, Saratoga is now negotiating a sale with Laguna Development Corporation from Albuquerque.
