In what can only be described as a painstaking, deliberate, and exhausting process — that lasted nearly five full hours of testimony, debate and discussion — the Kentucky Racing Commission finally voted to take no action on any of the three license applications that were filed to construct, own and operate a new Standardbred racetrack in Oak Grove, KY.
